Dr. Heidi Isenberg-Feig, FAAP, FAAAAI
We are proud to have as our medical advisor Dr. Heidi Isenberg-Feig.
Dr. Heidi founded Potomac Family Allergy and Asthma in 2005. She is
board certified in both pediatrics and allergy and immunology and is
a fellow of the American Academy of Allergy, Asthma and Immunology.
She is committed to providing excellent care and education to families
with allergies.
After receiving her medical degree from the Mount Sinai School of Medicine
in New York in 1997, Dr. Heidi completed her residency at the University
of Maryland Medical System and then went on to complete a fellowship
at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Disease at the National
Institutes of Health in Bethesda, MD.

Dr. Sally Joo Bailey, M.D.
We are proud also to have as our medical advisor, Dr. Sally Joo Bailey.
Dr. Bailey is a diplomate of the American Board of Allergy & Immunology.
She has been board certified in Adult and Pediatric Allergy & Immunology
since 2003. Dr. Bailey is an Assistant Professor at Georgetown University
Hospital; Department of Pediatrics; Division of Allergy & Immunology.
She is also Associate Director of Pediatric Medial Education at Virginia
Hospital Center and the medical director at Allergy
Associates of Northern Virginia.
Dr. Bailey's training began with a B.S. degree in Biology from Duke
University in Durham, North Carolina. She remained at Duke University,
Department
of Microbiology as well as at Duke University Medical Center, Department
of Neurology as a research fellow participating in the prestigious
Howard Hughes Fellowship. She attended medical school at the University
of South
Florida in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Bailey received her internship and residency
training in Pediatrics at Georgetown University Medical Center, where
she received the Pearl Award for Excellence in Teaching by the Georgetown
University School of Medicine. After completing her residency, Dr.
Bailey pursued fellowship training at The Johns Hopkins University
in Baltimore,
Maryland in Allergy, Asthma & Clinical Immunology, where she actively
contributed to research in the areas of food allergy, allergic rhinitis,
and asthma.

Dr.
Bhavini Trivedi
Dr.
Bhavini Trivedi is board certified in Pediatric and Adult Allergy and
Immunology and is a member of the American Academy
of Allergy, Asthma, and Immunology. She has her own practice, Family
Allergy & Asthma Associates (www.familyallergyasthma.com).
She received her medical degree at Jefferson Medical College in Philadelphia
and then completed her residency training at Northwestern Memorial Hospital
in Chicago. She then moved to the Washington D.C. area and completed
her fellowship in allergy and immunology at the National Institutes of
Health in Bethesda, MD.
Dr. Trivedi has a special interest in food allergies on a professional
and personal level. She has 2 sons and her older son has multiple, severe
food allergies.

and experience, both as a doctor and a mother of a food allergic child.
